Our Mission

Country Through The Ages is a blog about all things country music! We are dedicated to help preserve the history of country music that is easily accessible and 100% free of advertisments. Our focus is to provide information about the history of artists and their songs all in one easy place for fans to explore the deep and rich history that country music has to offer. We aim to provide fans with a website that they will enjoy for countless of hours and bring iconic artists from the past into a spotlight again. We are unapologetically traditional!

History

Founded in 2018, Country Through the Ages began as a Facebook page by an individual in Canada after he took a trip to Nashville, Tennessee, in which he suffered an injury during the trip. During his injury, he found country music soothing and began to read the history behind the songs.

This individual, who wants to remain anonymous, created the Country Through the Ages Facebook page as a way to write about his passion, while coping with his injury. On June 27th 2021, it was decided that it was time for the page to expand by creating a website and broaden his reach beyond Facebook as a hobby. This site is currently maintained solely by the founder and will be maintained in his spare time.
